Cold Town House (Edinburgh): Located at the foot of Edinburgh’s historic Grassmarket in the Old Town, enjoy some top-quality beers or crack open a bottle of bubbly in one of the gondolas on the roof of this funky Edinburgh establishment. Make sure to get there early, as this one fills up fast!
