Some of our must visit restaurants, bars and cafes throughout the UK!
Whilst the sun has continued to shine this September, so has Nuisance. We’ve been delighted to see so many amazing businesses around the UK quenching their thirst for premium soft drinks and filling their fridges with our carefully crafted fusions of sparkling drinks. As such, we thought it would be only right to shine a spotlight on some of our newest (and oldest) customers and a handful of venues which, in our totally unbiased opinion, are well worth a visit. (We have provided a link to each venue in the headings).
Anyone from St. Albans here? Having run a successful restaurant and deli in Harpenden, Adrian and the wonderful team at Silver Palate launched their second venue earlier this summer. Silver Palate is a beautiful little deli and cafe sitting slap bang in the centre of St. Albans and as well as serving fantastic coffee, the deli offers a wide range of speciality food and drink from around the continent. Check it out!
A lockdown baby just like Nuisance, if you are looking for a delicious brunch or lunch in West Sussex, look no further. Trust me - I took a little visit to The Barn, Little London and I couldn’t resist getting stuck into their Middle Eastern slow cooked Goodwood organic beef brisket… wow, it was a joy to behold! The Barn uses only high quality ingredients from carefully sourced suppliers and the venue hosts a fantastic lockdown inspired garden complete with beautifully decorated beach huts.
For the fish fans out there, you could do worse than to enjoy the beautiful restaurant that is LeftField. LeftField has been one of our longest and most loyal customers. They celebrate local seafood producers from the coast of Scotland whilst stocking a range of delicious organic wines (and of course botanical soft drinks) for their customers.
Wow - we love this venue and seemingly, their customers love Nuisance too! A beautiful neighborhood cafe, restaurant and bar with a beautiful garden, Mother & Wild has it all. A seasonally changing menu that showcases some of the finest producers from the West Country, the food is top quality and for those of you who enjoy life’s simple pleasures, Mother & Wild’s stone-baked pizzas are topped with flavours of joy!
If you’re ever on the road from Salisbury to Southampton, it’s worth stopping off at this beautiful countryside gem for a nice coffee or can of Nuisance. A remote little cafe nestled in the heart of the countryside, if the sun is shining, this is a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing environment in which to enjoy a drink, maybe get stuck into a book or simply, just to have a break from the working day. There’s lots of green space and a large garden for the kids to run wild!
Are you a lover of pastries & baked goods? Then these little bakeries could be right up your street! “From a family of Greek bakers that stretches back 85 years, a local cafe brings homemade goods to Hornsey.” And it’s not just Hornsey, when we popped into their new site in Tuffnell Park in August, it was owner Mel’s fourth day with the new venue. The local neighborhood of Tuffnell Park is going to be very grateful for all of the doughiness they have to offer!
South London, we’ve got you! I popped into Steph’s Cafe in July and was immediately taken aback by the chic, laid back vibe that she has created with this great setting - it wouldn’t feel out of place on the beachfront in the Philippines! Steph has turned around a derelict site overrun with weeds into a beautiful venue serving up delicious food (including a new pizza van) and high quality drinks. A much-loved spot by the young families of Dulwich!
So, here you have it - just a handful of our nearest and dearest customers and some of the venues we couldn’t recommend more highly.
As I sit here writing this on my Saturday afternoon, I’ve decided that 7 venues is enough for now - time for a haircut and I think I might just cook up some Middle Eastern food this evening (something’s come over me) … we will no doubt be back recommending more incredible venues around the UK so keep your eyes peeled and maybe you will soon discover your new favourite restaurant!
